Head of Artificial Intelligence

Role Overview: You are a Senior AI Advisory professional with a strong vision for Artificial Intelligence and its transformative impact on businesses. Your role involves defining and communicating a clear AI vision and transformation roadmap for clients, acting as a trusted advisor to customers and senior stakeholders, leading client presentations and workshops, identifying AI and GenAI use cases aligned to business outcomes, and building and leading high-performing AI teams. Key Responsibilities: - Define and communicate a clear AI vision and transformation roadmap for clients - Act as a trusted advisor to customers and senior stakeholders on AI strategy and adoption - Lead client presentations, workshops, and executive discussions on AI and GenAI - Identify and shape AI and GenAI use cases aligned to business outcomes - Take end-to-end ownership of AI advisory and transformation programs - Build, mentor, and scale AI and data science teams - Collaborate with delivery and engineering teams to translate strategy into execution - Establish AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI practices - Support pre-sales, proposals, and solutioning activities - Drive thought leadership and help position the organization as an AI leader Qualifications Required: - Strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, GenAI, and emerging AI trends - Proven experience in AI advisory, consulting, or transformation leadership roles - Excellent client-facing, presentation, and storytelling skills - Demonstrated experience working with CXOs and senior client stakeholders - Strong ownership mindset with accountability for outcomes - Experience in building, leading, and mentoring teams Additional Company Details: The company also values candidates with the following skills and experiences: - Experience with LLMs, Agentic AI, AI platforms, and automation - Knowledge of cloud AI platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI) - Industry experience in BFSI, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, etc. - Thought leadership demonstrated through blogs, whitepapers, or conference talks Role Overview: You are a Senior AI Advisory professional with a strong vision for Artificial Intelligence and its transformative impact on businesses.
