About BookWedGo

BookWedGo is expanding beyond venue bookings to become a complete wedding services marketplace. We connect customers with verified vendors across catering, photography, makeup, décor, gifts, wedding planning, and apparel.

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and entrepreneurial leader to establish and scale BookWedGo’s multi-category vendor ecosystem. The Head of Allied Services & Vendor Network will build vendor partnerships, design packages, and drive revenue from value-added services across Tamil Nadu.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and onboard vendors across seven categories – Catering, Photography, Makeup, Décor, Return Gifts, Wedding Planning, and Apparel
  • Negotiate revenue-sharing agreements and ensure vendor quality
  • Develop standardized service packages and bundled offerings
  • Drive sales and conversions through inbound and outbound channels
  • Implement cross-selling strategies to boost average order value
  • Manage category-wise revenue targets and monitor GMV growth
  • Recruit and manage vendor relationship teams and category managers
  • Collaborate with marketing for vendor promotion and lead generation
  • Analyze market trends and design category expansion plans
  • Build vendor loyalty programs and performance incentives

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Active vendors enrolled per category and city
  • Monthly GMV
  • Revenue share collection rate (90%+ within 30 days)
  • Month-over-month GMV growth
  • Customer satisfaction score (≥4.3/5)

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management (MBA preferred)
  • 6–10 years in vendor management, marketplace development, or B2B service business
  • Strong negotiation and partnership-building skills
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with leadership experience
  • Familiarity with CRM, analytics, and vendor management systems
  • Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu
