● Required Qualification, Experience and Competencies:

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Education, Management, Marketing, or a related field (essential)

Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), Education Management, or related discipline (preferred).

Experience:

Minimum 7–10 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment, or educational sales, preferably in K–12 schools, junior colleges, or coaching institutions

At least 3–5 years in a leadership or managerial role, overseeing admissions or enrollment teams

Proven track record of meeting or exceeding enrollment targets in a competitive academic environment

Experience working with CBSE and IB affiliated institutions

Competencies

Strategic Planning: Ability to design and execute enrollment strategies aligned with institutional goals

Leadership: Strong team management, motivation, and performance-tracking skills

Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication; capable of engaging with parents, students, and stakeholders professionally

Sales & Conversion Skills: Persuasive skills to convert inquiries into confirmed admissions

Data Analysis & Reporting: Proficient in using CRM systems, Excel, and data tools to track trends and performance

Customer-Centric Approach: Focused on delivering a seamless and supportive admissions experience

Collaborative Mindset: Comfortable working cross-functionally with academic, marketing, and operations teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹900,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
