What You’ll Be Building

This is a first-principles role. You won’t inherit legacy structures. Instead, you’ll help us define them. Internal Capability Engine

● Refine and scale our existing LMS to create a best-in-class onboarding and learning experience. ● Design structured learning paths across functions—creative, strategy, tech, account management, and more.

● Drive measurable outcomes: reduced attrition, faster ramp-up, increased internal mobility.

● Build playbooks for Tier 2 centres of excellence—where training quality can’t be compromised, even if operating costs are lower. Integrate learning with appraisal and career development systems.

External Business Engine

● Build scalable, cohort-based programs in marketing, communication, and leadership.

● Collaborate with industry experts and in-house talent to design and deliver programs that carry real-world relevance.

● Develop pricing, GTM strategy, and partnerships for national reach.

● Build a model that scales without diluting brand or content quality.

What You Bring

● A track record of building and scaling capability functions or education businesses

● Deep understanding of adult learning principles, curriculum design, and the systems that enable them.

● A knack for zero-to-one problem solving. You should enjoy taking ideas from the whiteboard to execution.

● A commercial lens—comfort with pricing, positioning, and scaling an education vertical.

● Experience with LMS platforms and a strong POV on how to drive usage and engagement through tech.

● The ability to work across the table from founders, function heads, and external educators
