Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head of Jewelry Sales Department to lead our online sales operations and telecalling team. The role involves strategizing and managing the entire sales funnel, converting online leads into customers, and ensuring every prospect receives an exceptional, personalized experience.

You will handle client calls personally, train and supervise junior telecallers, and ensure that sales targets and company growth objectives are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategize, implement, and oversee the end-to-end telecalling and online sales process.
  • Manage leads from Meta, Google, and other online platforms — ensuring timely response and high conversion rates.
  • Handle key client calls personally, understanding customer requirements and offering the most suitable products.
  • Guide and mentor telecalling associates, monitor their performance, and ensure adherence to company processes and TAT.
  • Maintain an organized customer database for continuous nurturing, follow-ups, and support.
  • Prepare and share estimates/quotations by coordinating with the design team, ensuring adherence to TAT guidelines.
  • Present the right product to clients based on their needs, budget, and preferences.
  • Ensure accurate tracking of leads through the CRM system and report performance insights to management.
  • Maintain personal and team sales targets, ensuring consistent achievement and growth.
  • Monitor performance metrics such as conversion rate, lead response time, and customer satisfaction.
  • Align with the marketing team for effective lead quality improvement and campaign integration.
  • Be flexible with timelines and schedules, as all operations are conducted online.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in jewelry or diamond sales (retail / online / telesales).
  • Strong knowledge of diamonds, jewelry design, customization, and pricing.
  • Experience with lab-grown diamond jewelry preferred.
  • Proven success in online sales and lead conversion from Meta / Google campaigns.
  • Ability to lead and train a telesales team effectively.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (Zoho, HubSpot, or similar).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • International exposure or experience handling global clientele will be an advantage.
  • High ownership mindset, adaptability to flexible timelines, and result-driven approach.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
