Role Overview: We are looking for a highly motivated Offline Sales Manager who will spearhead B2B expansion by onboarding jewelry retailers across North India . Your core mission will be to launch Dazzlez as a partner brand inside existing jewelry stores – from initiating contact to securing in-store placements and driving sales. Key Responsibilities: Business Development & Travel: Travel across North India to identify, approach, and build relationships with jewelry retailers. Brand Partnerships: Convince retailers to introduce a Dazzlez Lab Grown Diamond Jewelry section within their stores as a premium offering. Product Presentation: Present the Dazzlez brand, jewelry pieces, USPs of lab-grown diamonds, and product catalog to retail decision-makers. Work with retailers to ensure dedicated Dazzlez space , branded displays, and staff onboarding. Convert interest into actual product orders. Coordinate order finalization, catalog customization, and dispatch planning. Train store teams on Dazzlez product knowledge, pitch points, and customer engagement techniques. Maintain CRM records, track sales and partner engagement, and share insights for brand/product improvement. Requirements: Store Integration: Lead Conversion & Order Management: Sales Enablement: Reporting & Feedback: 2–5 years of B2B Sales experience, preferably in jewelry, luxury, fashion, or related fields. Strong understanding of the jewelry domain and/or familiarity with lab-grown diamonds. Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills. Willingness to travel extensively across North India. Comfortable in preparing product presentations and client proposals. Self-driven and target-oriented with strong follow-up discipline. Fluent in Hindi and English; local languages are a bonus. Based out of or willing to relocate to Jaipur / Delhi preferred.
