Role Scope

• Ideate: Research, brainstorm, and pitch fresh concepts for Instagram Reels based on brand campaigns, product launches, and trending formats.
• Act: Be comfortable in front of or behind the camera; style, set up, and present brand stories, tutorials, unboxings, and trend challenges.
• Record: Use smartphones or cameras to shoot high-quality, visually compelling short videos that grab attention within seconds.
• Create: Edit, enhance, and publish reels using video editing tools—leveraging effects, transitions, captions, and top trending audio for maximum reach.

Key Responsibilities

• Create a pipeline of creative, on-brand short-form video content weekly for Instagram Reels and other platforms as needed.
• Monitor social media trends and implement the latest reel styles, formats, and challenges.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design team on storyboards, scripts, and visual execution to ensure cohesion with campaigns.
• Use analytics and insights to measure success and optimize content for engagement and conversions.

Required Skills & Experience

• 1+ years’ experience in short-form video creation (Instagram Reels/TikTok/YouTube Shorts).
• Strong camera presence, or comfort shooting with models/team.
• Proficiency in video editing apps (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, VN Editor).
• Knowledge of Instagram’s algorithm, trending audio, hashtags, and community interaction.
• Excellent ideation and storytelling ability for luxury or fashion brands.
• Portfolio of previous reels or short-form content required for application.
