Job Description

Company: Pekoe Foods India Pvt. Ltd. (Tea Talkies & Cafe Pekoe)
Location: Chennai

Position: HR Executive

Experience: 1–3 years
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding).
Coordinate with operations team to ensure manpower planning for outlets.
Maintain and update employee records, files, and HR documentation.
Handle attendance, payroll support, and statutory compliance follow-up.
Conduct staff training sessions (induction, brand values, soft skills).
Support in R&R programs, employee engagement, and retention activities.
Prepare and present weekly/monthly HR reports to management.
Follow up with colleges & consultancies for talent pipeline.

Requirements:

Graduate in HR / Business Administration (MBA preferred).
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in F&B / Retail / Hospitality industry.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple outlets and coordinate with teams.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS software is an added advantage.
