As an experienced HR professional in the electrical manufacturing industry, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing HR strategies that are in line with the overall business objectives. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing HR strategies that align with the company's goals - Leading talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning processes - Creating and nurturing a strong organizational culture that emphasizes performance and employee well-being - Implementing effective performance management systems and driving annual appraisal cycles - Overseeing learning & development programs, leadership training, and capability-building initiatives - Ensuring compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, audits, and HR policies - Leading employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention, morale, and workplace satisfaction - Managing HR operations and systems to ensure data accuracy and smooth daily processes - Providing strategic advice to management on people-related decisions, organization design, and workforce planning To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field - Strong understanding of labour laws, HR best practices, and organizational development - Excellent communication, people management, and decision-making skills - Proven ability to lead HR teams and collaborate with senior leadership - Experience in a structured, growth-driven organization, preferably in manufacturing, engineering, or services - Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and Google workspace With a minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the success of the company and make a positive impact on the organization.,
