Position Overview

Head of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership

Design and execute HR strategies that align with CloudAngles vision and business objectives.
Advise the leadership team on workforce planning, organizational structure, and talent strategies.

2. Employee Engagement & Culture

Champion initiatives to promote employee engagement, inclusion, and retention.
Cultivate a high-performance, feedback-driven culture.

3. Performance & Capability Building

Oversee performance management systems and career development programs.
Drive leadership development and succession planning.

4. HR Operations & Compliance

Ensure smooth functioning of payroll, benefits, and HRMS systems.
Ensure full compliance with Indian labor laws and employment regulations.

5. Policy & Process Excellence

Develop and update HR policies in line with business needs and industry best practices.
Implement processes for continuous improvement in HR service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:
MBA/PGDM in Human Resources or related field.
Experience:
10+ years in HR, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Demonstrated success in HR strategy, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR analytics, and industry HR trends.
Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
Proven ability to manage change in a growing organization.
