Job Title: HR & Administration Head

Location: Industrial Area, Govindpura, Bhopal-462023
Department: Human Resources & Administration
Reports To: Director / Plant Head

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HR & Administration Head (preferably female) to oversee human resources and administrative functions in our organization. The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a good understanding of statutory compliances, and the ability to maintain a harmonious relationship between management, staff, and workers. This role requires an organized, proactive individual who can manage employee records, handle recruitment, and support documentation for certifications and audits.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Educational Qualification: MBA in Human Resources or equivalent (preferred).
  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in HR & Administration within a manufacturing or industrial setup.
  • Familiarity with statutory requirements under Labour Laws, Factory Act, PF, ESI, and other statutory compliances is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day HR and administrative activities of the organization.
  • Maintain cordial and professional relationships with workers, staff, and management.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws, Factory Act, PF, ESI, and related statutory requirements.
  • Manage and update the employee database, including attendance, leaves, personal details, and performance records.
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment — from job postings and screening to onboarding of new employees.
  • Coordinate with management and department heads to assess manpower requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related documentation required for audits, certifications, and statutory inspections.
  • Support in handling employee grievances and ensuring a positive work environment.
  • Manage administrative functions including office upkeep, documentation, and coordination with vendors or service providers when needed.
  • Assist management in implementing HR policies and practices to enhance organizational culture and employee engagement.

Core Competencies & Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of statutory compliances (Labour Act, Factory Act, PF, ESI, etc.).
  • Good organizational and documentation skills.
  • Hardworking, disciplined, and professional attitude.
  • Proficient in MS Office and HR management tools.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively under minimal supervision.
  • Pleasant personality with a collaborative and approachable nature.
