Job Title: Executive – Accounts & Finance

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Executive – Accounts & Finance to support our accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have a background in commerce, hands-on experience in accounting software (especially Tally), and proficiency in MS Excel. The role requires knowledge of costing, budgeting, and statutory compliances including GST, Income Tax, TDS, and TCS. Basic knowledge of HR-related activities will be an added advantage.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce (B.Com) or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP and Microsoft Excel is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day accounting operations including data entry, journal entries, and ledger maintenance.
• Assist in preparation and finalization of Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliation of bank statements, and vendor accounts.
• Support preparation and monitoring of costing and budgeting for different departments.
• Liaise with banks for transactions, statements, and other financial documentation.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as GST, TDS, TCS, and Income Tax.
• Prepare and file GST returns, and assist in other statutory return filings as required.
• Assist in preparation of audit schedules and support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting of financial data to management.
• Provide support to HR for payroll processing, PF/ESI coordination, and employee reimbursements as needed.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of accounting systems and financial processes.
• Liasoning With Auditors.

Core Competencies & Skills:

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Hands-on experience with Tally ERP and advanced Excel functions.
• Understanding of costing, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Good knowledge of GST, TDS, TCS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Hardworking, disciplined, and able to meet deadlines.
• Basic understanding of HR and payroll processes (preferred).
