Post 'Trainee - Exim' Type of Job Full time Job Period: 1 year training period. Attend full time company office / client offices. Detailed Profile Documentation related to Imports & Exports, Processing of documents, Processing claims / applications online & offline, Submissions in Government offices, Verification of documents with government authorities, client interactions, etc. Candidate Requirement – Candidate should have strong communication skills. Candidate should be expert in MS Excel & MS Word. Ability to respond effectively to the needs of the organization. Willingness to travel to client locations, Govt. offices, etc. Qualification : BCOM / BBA / BBM-IB / MBA – International Business. Location: Warje, Pune. Note: Commitment of 1 year required (Training period will be 1 year). Preferred fresher, pursuing & local candidates. Preferably IB / Finance (students ready to work in Indirect Taxes) required.

Job Description : Coordinate with General managers to identify staffing needs at various clients. Determine selection criteria. Source potential candidates through online channels, job portals, referrals, etc. (e.g. social platforms and professional networks) Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews. Salary negotiations, on boarding candidates. Monitoring the on boarded candidates and arranging replacements in case of left employees. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates. Required Skills & Knowledge : Basic experience in full cycle recruitment, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods. Proficiency with social media, CV database, and professional networks. Proficiency in documenting process and keeping up with industry trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
