Job Description:
We are looking for an HR Executive to handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions. The role involves sourcing candidates through various channels, screening resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring smooth onboarding.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage end-to-end recruitment process for Non-IT roles.
2. Source candidates via job portals, social media, and references.
3. Conduct initial screening and schedule interviews.
4. Maintain recruitment MIS and reports.
Requirements:
1. Graduate / MBA in HR or related field.
2. 1 year of experience in Non-IT recruitment.
3. Prior experience in Staffing / recruitment company will be preferred.
4. Strong client interaction and relationship management skills.
5. Good candidate sourcing network and ability to leverage personal contacts.
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to handle multiple requirements simultaneously.
