Job Title: Exim Associate

Job Description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated professional with knowledge of Foreign Trade Policy, export-import operations, and trade compliance. The role involves handling export incentives, duty drawback, licenses, documentation, client interactions, and compliance requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle matters related to Foreign Trade Policy (FTP), including export incentives such as Duty Drawback, Advance Licenses, EPCG, RoDTEP, SVB, etc.

2. Manage EOU compliance (APR/QPR) and ensure adherence to government regulations.

3. Support import-export documentation and clearance procedures, ensuring compliance with customs and trade policies.

4. Conduct HSN classification and maintain awareness of tariff codes.

5. Assist with basic understanding and application of Trade Agreements/FTA benefits.

6. Prepare and maintain client MIS and internal MIS as per requirements.

7. Coordinate and participate in client interactions, visits, and meetings.

8. Liaise with government offices for trade-related processes as and when required.

9. Undertake domestic travel (outside Pune) for official requirements.

10. Prepare presentations, reports, and documentation with accuracy and timeliness.

Skills & Competencies:

1. Good knowledge of Foreign Trade Policy, customs regulations, and trade compliance.

2. Strong communication and presentation skills.

3. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

4. Strong analytical ability with interest in theoretical subjects.

5. Detail-oriented, process-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.

Education & Experience:

1. Graduate / Postgraduate in International Business, Commerce, or related field.

2. 1 to 3 years of experience in Export-Import operations, Foreign Trade, or related compliance preferred.
