Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Export Executive to manage and grow our international business in stainless steel utensils . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in export documentation, international trade regulations, customer relationship management, and market development. This is a key position that will play a vital role in expanding our global footprint. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end export operations including order processing, documentation, logistics coordination, and post-shipment follow-up. Handle all export documentation such as proforma invoices, commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, BLs, COO, and other relevant documents. Coordinate with freight forwarders , shipping lines, and CHA for timely and cost-effective shipments. Communicate with international clients for order confirmations, payments, shipment schedules, and after-sales support. Ensure compliance with international trade laws , INCOTERMS, and customs regulations. Maintain strong relationships with buyers, distributors, and international partners. Explore new international markets and assist in business development activities. Monitor inventory levels for export orders and coordinate with the production team to meet delivery schedules. Participate in international trade fairs, exhibitions, and online platforms to promote products. Prepare and analyze export sales reports, and provide insights to the management. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in International Business / Commerce / Marketing or related field. 3+ years of experience in export operations, preferably in the stainless steel utensils or kitchenware industry. In-depth knowledge of export documentation and international logistics. Familiarity with DGFT, EPCG, Advance License, and other export schemes. Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (English mandatory). Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems. Strong negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple orders simultaneously. Preferred: Experience working with GCC, African, European, or South American markets . Knowledge of product certifications and international quality standards related to stainless steel utensils. Salary: As per industry standards and experience.
