Import Documentation, Export Documentation, EOU, SEZ, Bond -Ex-Bond, High Seas, Custom clearance DPD or CFS Delivery on time, FCL, LCL, Sea freight, CHA, RODTEP License, Advance License, Bank LC, E- way bill, Transportation, Banking, Import Remittance. Import Statement Shipment, Import Payment Statement, All Industry drawback Rodtep, Brand rate DFIA License, DFGT, D./A documents, follow up of shipment . Responsibilities: Import Documentation: Prepare, scrutinize, and process all necessary import documents, including Bill of Entry, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Purchase Orders, and other supporting documents. Export Documentation: Prepare, scrutinize, and process all necessary export documents, including Shipping Bill/Bill of Export, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading/Airway Bill, Export Order, and other supporting documents. EOU & SEZ Operations: Manage import and export procedures specifically for Export Oriented Units (EOU) and Special Economic Zones (SEZ), ensuring compliance with their unique regulations and benefits. Bond & Ex-Bond Clearances: Handle documentation and procedures related to bonded warehousing, including In-Bond and Ex-Bond customs clearance. High Seas Sales: Process documentation and manage logistics for High Seas Sale transactions. Custom Clearance: Coordinate with Customs House Agents (CHA) for timely and efficient customs clearance of both import and export shipments, including managing procedures for Direct Port Delivery (DPD) and Container Freight Station (CFS) deliveries. Logistics Management: Arrange and oversee transportation for both FCL (Full Container Load) and LCL (Less than Container Load) shipments via sea freight and other modes, ensuring on-time delivery. Freight Negotiation: Negotiate freight rates with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transporters. CHA Coordination: Liaise effectively with Customs House Agents (CHA) for smooth and compliant clearance processes. Should have good Communication skills.
