Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned professional to lead our
Flavours (F&F) business unit
, with end-to-end responsibility for
Sales, Business Development, and Supply Chain Operations
. The role requires strong expertise in
specialty chemicals, aroma ingredients, and flavour & fragrance applications
, with a proven track record of managing global markets, driving profitability, and leading cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Business Leadership
- Lead the Flavours (F&F) division with full P&L responsibility.
- Drive business growth in domestic and international markets (Asia, Europe, Middle East, North America).
- Develop and execute strategies for new customer acquisition, product positioning, and market expansion.
Sales & Marketing
- Manage global sales of aroma ingredients and flavour chemicals, ensuring achievement of revenue and margin targets.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key accounts, distributors, and dealers.
- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to identify opportunities in new applications and geographies.
Supply Chain & Operations
- Oversee end-to-end supply chain including logistics, warehousing, and freight management for both domestic and international shipments.
- Collaborate with production, procurement, quality, and regulatory teams to ensure timely deliveries and compliance with customer requirements.
Team Management
- Lead and mentor a team across sales, supply chain, and customer service functions.
- Drive performance through goal setting, coaching, and capability development.
Strategic Initiatives
- Explore new business avenues in the F&F domain, CDMO opportunities, and specialty molecules.
- Partner with global stakeholders and regulatory bodies to expand business reach and compliance.
- Spearhead initiatives in process optimization, cost control, and customer satisfaction.
Education
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering (preferred).
Experience
- 10+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, and Marketing in Specialty Chemicals / Flavour & Fragrance / Aroma Ingredients industries.
- Strong exposure to international markets and handling large customer portfolios.
- Proven track record in P&L management, supply chain leadership, and team management.
Skills & Competencies
- Deep understanding of Flavours & Fragrance industry trends, customer applications, and regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and execution capabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment.
