Head Finance

Job Title: Head Finance & Accounts

Department:

Role Objective:

To lead and manage financial planning, cost control, statutory compliance, treasury operations, and financial reporting, ensuring financial discipline and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of

  Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow Reports

• Implement and ensure compliance with

  accounting standards (Ind AS / IFRS)

• Prepare and monitor

  annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis

• Oversee

  cost control

  across production, overheads, and project expenditures
• Manage

  cash flows, fund allocations, and working capital requirements

• Liaise with

  banks and financial institutions

  for funding, LCs, BGs, and forex transactions
• Ensure

  statutory compliance

  with Income Tax, GST, ROC filings, and other regulatory requirements
• Coordinate with

  internal and external auditors

  and maintain robust internal controls
• Develop and present

  MIS reports

  , support CAPEX planning and project financial analysis
• Lead and collaborate with

  cross-functional teams

  to drive financial efficiency and strategic initiatives

Required Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of

  banking finance, treasury, and compliance

• Expertise in

  financial reporting, budgeting, and cost control

• Familiarity with

  manufacturing finance

  , especially in steel, ferro, or alloy sectors
• Proficiency in

  ERP systems, Excel, and financial modeling tools

• Excellent

  leadership, analytical, and communication skills

• Ability to manage

  stakeholders and regulatory bodies
