Role Overview

Lead the Finance & Commercial function for the India business, drive profitability, ensure strong governance, manage commercial operations, and provide strategic financial leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive financial performance, profitability and commercial outcomes
  
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting & MIS
  
• Manage fund flow, investments, and ensure timely liquidity
  
• Strengthen financial controls, systems and processes
  
• Oversee statutory, internal and tax audits; ensure timely compliance
  
• Partner with business teams on contracts, negotiations and commercial decisions
  
• Lead client discussions, contract renewals and commercial closures
  
• Provide guidance to the finance team; build a high-performance culture
  
• Monitor regulations & ensure 100% statutory compliance

  Identify revenue levers, cost efficiencies, investment avenues

• Budget Management:
