Job Description

Location: Faridabad Experience: minimum 6 years Salary Range: ₹45,000 – ₹70,000 per month-Negotiable based on experience  Shift timing: 9 am to 6 pm with sunday week off       Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced candidate with minimum 6 years of expertise in accounting, financial management, and client coordination. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, a learning-go-to attitude, and the ability to handle daily financial operations efficiently.   Key Responsibilities:  Accounting & Financial Management:   ●     Manage daily accounting tasks, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and expense tracking. ●     Verify and instruct on invoicing processes to ensure accuracy. ●     Maintain and update financial records using Tally and Zoho Books. ●     Prepare MIS reports accurately and ensure timely submission. ●     Monitor cash flow and follow up with clients for pending payments. ●     Handle procurement activities and vendor payments. ●     Transfer funds to employees for petty expenses and maintain records.   Client & Stakeholder Management:   ●     Conduct client meetings to discuss financial updates and work orders. ●     Maintain professional communication with clients for smooth coordination. ●     Manage client work orders and ensure compliance with agreements.   Team Leadership & Problem-Solving: ●     Provide daily troubleshooting support to employees for finance-related issues. ●     Demonstrate strong leadership skills in guiding the finance team. ●     Take initiative in process improvements and problem-solving.   Reporting & Compliance:   ●     Ensure all financial transactions are recorded accurately. ●     Track and manage company expenses efficiently. ●     Maintain compliance with accounting standards and company policies.   Required Skills & Qualifications:  ●     Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting/finance roles. ●     Proficiency in Tally, Zoho Books, Excel (advanced), and MIS preparation. ●     Strong bookkeeping and financial reporting skills. ●     Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) for client interactions. ●     Ability to manage expenses, procurement, and cash flow. ●     Leadership qualities with a proactive, action-taker attitude.
