ACCOUNTS AND FINANCE HEAD • Financial Management & Reporting • Accounts Receivable and Payable Oversight • Cash Flow Planning & Banking Operations • Budgeting & Forecasting • Statutory Compliance & Audit Coordination • Team Supervision and Coordination • Prepare monthly and annual financial statements including P&L, Balance Sheet, and MIS reports. • Maintain daily cash flow statements and monitor fund requirements for smooth operations. • Manage all banking operations including loan facilities, working capital, interest payments, and banking documentation. • Create, manage, and monitor budgets in alignment with the company’s business goals. • Review and ensure timely collection of receivables and processing of vendor payments. • Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements including GST, TDS, PF, PT, and Income Tax. • Coordinate with statutory and internal auditors for annual audits and ensure proper documentation. • Conduct variance analysis, provide financial insights, and assist in cost control initiatives. • Approve and update monthly pricing lists and support in pricing strategies for profitability. • Collaborate with purchase, sales, and operations for alignment of financial goals. • Supervise and guide the accounts team including executives handling payables and receivables.
