The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in enterprise sales leadership, a deep understanding of SAAS solutions, and the ability to inspire and guide a high-performing sales team. **Key Responsibilities:** - Provide strategic leadership to the enterprise sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a high-performance culture. - Recruit, train, and mentor sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets. - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market expansion. - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise-level clients and stakeholders. - Oversee accurate and timely sales forecasting, reporting, and analysis. - Collaborate closely with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated approach. **Qualifications:** - 8+ years of experience in enterprise-level sales on the global market, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. - Proven track record of successfully leading and growing high-performance sales teams. - In-depth understanding of the SAAS industry, market dynamics, and enterprise sales processes. - Strong leadership and motivational skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team to success. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Results-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. - Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
