Head - Engineering

As the Head of Engineering at Oswal Energies Limited, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all engineering disciplines to ensure the successful execution of projects in the Oil & Gas / EPC industry. You will work towards aligning project objectives with customer requirements, blueprints, and engineering design documents. Developing and implementing engineering strategies, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and establishing professional relationships with external interfaces and in-house engineering teams will be key aspects of your role. Your responsibilities will include leading a multidisciplinary engineering team, optimizing engineering processes for large-scale EPC projects, collaborating with sub-contractors, preparing accurate quotations, and ensuring compliance with client requirements. You will also be tasked with cultivating a skilled engineering team, engaging with clients, collaborating with project management teams, and overseeing the end-to-end execution of engineering projects while ensuring high-quality outputs. Furthermore, you will play a vital role in team development by building a team with FEED capabilities, fostering a culture of growth, and monitoring team performance to track milestones and ensure job execution within defined scopes. Identifying potential risks during project execution and implementing mitigation strategies will also be part of your responsibilities. If you are a BE (Mechanical / Chemical) with 20+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas / EPC industry and possess strong leadership and communication skills, this role offers you the opportunity to lead and manage a diverse team of design engineers and draughtsmen, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and ensure successful project outcomes while maintaining effective project communication and client relationships.,
