Job Description

GM – Sales & Marketing. Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Division: Heavy Engineering Division Experience: 15+ Years in Sales of Static Equipment / Process Packages About Oswal Energies Ltd. – Heavy Engineering Division Oswal Energies Ltd. is a rapidly growing player in the heavy engineering domain with a strong footprint in the design and manufacturing of static equipment & process packages for oil & gas, petrochemical & energy sectors. We aim to revolutionize engineering excellence and create a global impact through innovation, integrity, and world-class delivery. Role Objective To lead domestic & international business development, drive high-value project sales, and position Oswal as a preferred partner for EPCs and end-users in the heavy engineering domain. The candidate must bring strong domain expertise in static equipment and process packages . Key Responsibilities Develop & implement business strategy for targeted growth Drive order acquisition across India, Middle East, Africa & SEA Build strong EPC, consultant & end-user relationships Lead techno-commercial negotiations & contract closures Strengthen brand through marketing, exhibitions & digital presence Mentor sales & BD team to meet business goals Ensure customer satisfaction & repeat business Qualifications & Skills Educational Qualifications B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Mechanical or relevant discipline. MBA in Marketing / International Business (preferred). Experience 15+ years in Sales & Marketing in Heavy Engineering / Process Equipment / Process Packages. Proven experience in handling large-ticket international projects and multi-region business development. Skills & Competencies Strategic thinker with a proven track record of P&L ownership and sales target achievements . Strong techno-commercial acumen and excellent negotiation skills. Excellent communicator with exceptional presentation and interpersonal skills. Entrepreneurial drive, agility, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and digital sales platforms.
