Job Description

Lead the IT Division dedicated to Credit Risk Management ensuring the implementation of the defined IT strategy and delivering high-performance solutions for credit risk steering and modeling, data sourcing, calculation including stress tests, reporting across Retail and Investment Banking activities.

Drive the execution of the IT strategy for credit risk, aligned with global standards.
Oversee the design, development, and deployment of credit risk solutions in collaboration with global teams.
Ensure quality and reliability of IT developments and production.
Manage and coordinate a large team in India.
Maintain strong relationships with Risk and Finance Divisions, as well as external partners.
Contribute to cost efficiency and value delivery within the allocated budget.
Minimum 18 years of experience in Information Systems and team management
Expertise in scalable, cost-efficient credit risk architecture and modeling
Deep understanding of banking challenges, risk models, and data requirements.
