Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute corporate sales strategies to drive revenue growth from B2B clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities through market research, industry trends, and networking.
  • Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing and potential clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., operations, marketing) to deliver tailored solutions for corporate clients.
  • Analyze client needs and develop customized proposals to increase sales conversions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-5 years of experience in hospitality sales or a related field (corporate sales, hotel sales).
  • MBA/PGDM degree in Hospitality Management or a relevant field.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
