As part of Adobe s Worldwide Sales Operations team, the Senior Sales Support Analyst plays a pivotal role in enabling seamless Sales execution through operational excellence, automation, and CRM support.
You will act as the first line of support for Adobe s Global Sales Organization, resolving process, system, and access-related issues across Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and associated Sales applications (Clari, Gainsight, CPQ, Anaplan, etc.). This role is ideal for professionals passionate about sales operations, CRM optimization, automation, and driving process efficiency at scale.
This role will be based out of Noida Location with hybrid model ( 3 days WFO)
What You ll Do
Global Sales Support
-
Provide resolution to Sales and Sales Ops teams across all geographies (24 5 model).

Manage and triage support tickets through ServiceNow and CRM workflows, ensuring adherence to SLAs and resolution quality benchmarks.

Partner with Product Owners, Automation COE teams for escalations and recurring issue analysis.
CRM Configuration & Optimization

Support configuration and troubleshooting in Salesforce and Dynamics 365

Perform validation of CRM workflows, business rules, opportunity and account creation logic, and integration flows.

Assist in UAT and process enhancements linked to new releases, integrations, and provisioning updates.
Process Optimization & Automation

Identify recurring operational gaps and propose process automation or simplification opportunities.

Contribute to Gen AI transformation initiatives

Collaborate with Automation COE to pilot and scale deflection models for Tier 1 queries.
User Access Management & Data Governance
-
Administer user access requests and provisioning for Sales Tools (Salesforce, Dynamics 365, Clari, Gainsight, CPQ, etc.).

Perform data hygiene and clean-up activities including deduplication, validation, and record integrity maintenance.

Conduct routine audits to ensure compliance with global data governance standards.
Ancillary Applications Support & Demos

Provide support and functional demos on integrated sales applications (Clari, Anaplan, CPQ, Adobe Sign, etc.).

Partner with Field Enablement and Product Ops teams to create job aids and reference guides for end-users.
Insights, Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement

Maintain dashboards on case volume, SLA adherence, ART, and deflection metrics through Power BI.

Highlight trends, root causes, and recommendations to leadership for continuous improvement.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales Operations, Product Managers and Field Operations to align on upcoming releases and transitions
What You Need to Succeed

Education: Bachelor s or master s degree (Business, Computer Science, or related discipline) Tier 1 Institutes preferred

Experience: Min 5+ years experience in Sales Operations, CRM Operations, or Sales Support

Technical Skills:
-
Salesforce and/or Dynamics 365 proficiency (Admin or Consultant-level).

Familiarity with tools such as Clari, Gainsight, CPQ, Anaplan, or similar Sales ecosystems.

Working knowledge of ETL tools (Data Loader, DemandTools) and Power BI reporting.
