Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. Desired Candidate Profile 4-7 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role in a hotel or restaurant setting. BHM (Hotel Management) degree from a recognized institution. Proven track record of successful menu planning, food costing, and food preparation techniques.
