Position: B2B Sales Manager – Wheelchairs, Chairs, Pharma & Corporate Gifting

Wheelchairs, Ergonomic Chairs, Pharma, and Corporate Gifting

Key Responsibilities

Gifting Channel Development

  • Build the corporate/pharma/institutional gifting vertical from scratch (strategy, pricing, packaging, catalogs).
  • Develop complete processes from inquiry to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to offer scalable and customized gifting solutions.

Lead Generation & Sales Development

  • Identify and target potential clients in healthcare, pharma, HR, and institutional sectors.
  • Generate leads via cold calling, networking, email campaigns, and industry events.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demos to decision-makers.

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships with key clients and accounts.
  • Understand unique requirements and propose tailored solutions.
  • Ensure seamless support and customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Sales Strategy & Reporting

  • Define and execute plans to achieve monthly/quarterly/annual sales targets.
  • Track KPIs such as lead conversions, revenue generated, and client retention.
  • Coordinate with marketing for targeted outreach and promotional efforts.

Market & Competitor Research

  • Stay updated on trends in ergonomic products, gifting, and healthcare.
  • Share competitive insights with product and marketing teams for strategic decisions.

Negotiation & Deal Closure

  • Prepare proposals and negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements.
  • Finalize deals and ensure smooth onboarding of new accounts.

Qualifications & Skills

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
  • Certifications in B2B marketing or sales (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

  • Minimum

    3+ years

    of B2B sales experience in sectors like:
  • Wheelchairs or ergonomic furniture
  • Pharma or healthcare
  • Corporate gifting or institutional sales
  • Experience building or scaling a sales/gifting channel is a strong plus.

Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong relationship-building and consultative selling ability.
  • Self-driven, organized, and result-oriented.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced setup.
