Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our corporate agency channel in the insurance broking sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and team management, with a proven track record of success in driving business growth and developing high-performing teams.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth through the corporate agency channel.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including corporate clients, agents, and brokers.
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales professionals to achieve their full potential and meet or exceed sales targets.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the competition.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services that meet customer needs.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related field, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the insurance broking industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team to achieve exceptional results.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills, enabling strong relationship building with clients, agents, and brokers.
Ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to inform business decisions.
Strong understanding of the insurance broking industry, including products, services, and regulations.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
