Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Compensation Management & Budgeting

  • Design & Implementing and driving various Compensation programs including Market Benchmarking, Manpower Planning & Budgeting, Annual Compensation Review, Short-term incentive & Long-Term Incentive Programs
  • Get insightful data about org. structure and associated manpower costs through proper channels and communication with peers in industry,
  • Building and presenting various models to the Leadership in order to assess the financial impact for wage cost, salary increase and bonus budgeting.
  • Advising Executive team members on compensation issues
  • Review and implement compensation structures to make it an attractive proposition when hiring while balancing organization wage cost. Implement tracking mechanism for monthly budget vs actual report.
  • ESOP Management
  • Working closely with HR Business Partners to deliver innovative solutions and help people leaders understand Total Rewards philosophy.
  • Managing salary survey and benchmarking activities, ensuring compensation and benefits practices and programs are competitive aligned with market.
  • Administering the organizations benefits programs  
  • Liaise with Insurance companies / Insurance broker for policy renewal, negotiation and policy upgradation NPS, Meal pass, Flexi Benefits Plans design.
  • Support in facilitating the process of Job Evaluation by ensuring that all necessary inputs and data points for the same (structures, JD etc.) are in place and represented to the BJEC/CJEC as per the business plan.
