Head - Channel Partnerships (CP)
The Head - Channel Partnerships (CP) will be a key member of the leadership team, responsible for building and scaling a high-performing partner ecosystem that drives significant revenue growth for ourclient This role requires a strategic leader and strong relationship builder who can design and execute robust channel sales strategies, nurture deep partnerships, and align partner success with company growth objectives.As the Head - CP, you will lead the expansion, enablement, and performance management of channel partners, ensuring they are empowered to deliver exceptional results and position KNS Group as the preferred real estate developer in the market.Key Responsibilities:1. Channel Strategy & Expansion:- Define and execute a comprehensive channel sales strategy that supports short-term and long-term growth.- Identify, onboard, and nurture new channel partners to expand market reach.- Develop segmentation frameworks (tiered partner programs, incentives, and performance metrics).2. Revenue Growth & Sales Targets:- Own and deliver on channel sales targets, ensuring alignment with company revenue goals.- Drive predictable and scalable sales pipelines through channel partners.- Implement performance-linked incentive models to motivate and reward partners.3. Partner Relationship Management:- Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with channel partners at all levels.- Act as the strategic liaison between client and its partner ecosystem.- Ensure partners are fully aligned with client project portfolio, pricing, and positioning.4. Enablement, Training & Support:- Develop structured training programs to enhance partner sales capability and product knowledge.- Provide marketing and presales support tools to empower partners in customer engagement.- Regularly conduct partner meets, workshops, and recognition programs.5. Market & Competitive Intelligence:- Continuously monitor market dynamics, emerging customer needs, and competitor activities.- Translate insights into actionable strategies for partners to capture market opportunities.- Leverage data analytics to optimize partner effectiveness and channel ROI.6. Governance, Performance & Reporting;- Establish robust performance monitoring frameworks (dashboards, KPIs, SLAs).- Conduct periodic performance reviews with key partners and implement corrective measures.- Provide leadership with regular insights, forecasts, and recommendations.7. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment;- Work closely with internal teams (marketing, sales, product, legal, and customer support) to ensure seamless partner enablement.- Collaborate with marketing to co-create partner campaigns, events, and lead-gen initiatives.- Drive consistent brand representation through channel networks.8.
