We are looking for a Business Head to lead our Tele Sales Executives for skin products and packages team. The role involves supervising the telesales team, monitoring performance, motivating the team to achieve sales targets, handling business operations, and ensuring excellent client servicing. The Manager will also interact with clients, and if required, meet them face-to-face at the office.
Requirements:
Prior experience in team handling & business management
Excellent communication & presentation skills
Strong leadership & target-driven approach
Experience in telesales/inside sales management preferred
Shift: Day Shift | 6 Days Working | Rotational 1 Day Off
