Role & responsibilities Attend inbound calls and WhatsApp inquiries from prospective clients. Explain clinic services and treatment packages confidently and clearly. Counsel clients on skincare, aesthetic, and wellness treatments as per their concerns. Follow up on leads and nurture them into confirmed bookings. Convert leads into appointments and drive walk-ins to closures. Coordinate with doctors/therapists to ensure seamless consultations. Maintain lead tracking reports and update CRM/Excel regularly. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly conversion targets. Cross-sell skincare products or packages post-treatment. Preferred candidate profile Excellent verbal communication and soft-selling skills. Polite, persuasive, and patient-friendly tone. Full knowledge of skin treatments and common concerns Confident in handling objections and guiding patients to the right solution. Organized, target-driven, and punctual.
