Role & responsibilities Manage the reception area, ensuring a welcoming and premium client experience. Handle client inquiries, walk-ins, and appointment scheduling efficiently. Coordinate with stylists, therapists, and salon teams to ensure smooth daily operations. Supervise front desk staff, ensuring professional grooming, etiquette, and service standards. Maintain client records, billing, and POS operations with accuracy. Handle escalations and resolve client concerns in a courteous manner. Ensure implementation of salon policies, SOPs, and service excellence benchmarks. Monitor daily cash flow, reports, and inventory requirements for front desk operations. Assist in promoting salon services, memberships, and retail products. Support the salon manager in driving client satisfaction, retention, and operational efficiency. Preferred candidate profile Graduate in Hospitality / Management or related field(preferred). 1-3 years of experience in front office / guest relations, preferably in premium salons, spas, or hospitality sector. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in English (Telugu/Hindi advantage). Presentable personality with excellent grooming standards. Proficiency in MS Office & salon software/CRM systems. Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and lead a front desk team effectively. Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving skills. Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and peak salon hours.
