Key Responsibilities: Maintain and update inventory records in the system (Keka/ERP/Excel). Track daily stock inflow and outflow at the clinic/store level. Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with system records. Ensure timely indenting and replenishment of consumables, medicines, and aesthetics products. Monitor expiry dates and implement First-In-First-Out (FIFO) practices. Coordinate with vendors, accounts, and procurement for stock orders and payments. Generate weekly/monthly inventory reports for management. Flag discrepancies, shortages, or pilferage immediately to the Operations Manager. Support clinic teams in maintaining optimal stock levels without overstocking.
