Job Description

Head of Sales Plasticisers & Esters (Delhi/Mumbai/Chennai)

About the Role:

Plasticisers and Esters

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and expand sales operations for
Plasticisers and Esters
across India and international markets.
Provide
in-depth technical support
on product formulations and applications to customers.
Drive
product trials, approvals, and new partnerships
with key accounts and industry players.
Work closely with
R&D and manufacturing teams
to align customer requirements with product capabilities.
Represent the organization at major
industry events, expos, and conferences
to promote product leadership.
Develop and execute strategies to achieve
sales growth and market share
objectives.
Mentor and guide the sales team to build strong customer relationships and drive performance excellence.

Qualifications & Experience:

B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Chemical Engineering
or related discipline.
Minimum
10+ years of experience
in
specialty chemicals, esters, or plasticisers
industry.
Strong
technical expertise
combined with strategic
sales and business development
acumen.
Knowledge of
PVC formulation
and related chemical applications.
Proven leadership in managing large-scale sales operations.
Willingness to travel extensively across India and abroad.
