Head – Brand Strategy & Integrated Marketing (Hospitals)

Role Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create quarterly and annual

    brand strategy plans

    with clear goals for both hospitals
  • Design and lead

    awareness campaigns

    in localities like Vikaspuri, Janakpuri, Tilak Nagar, Subhash Nagar, Dwarka, etc.
  • Strategize and oversee

    online marketing

    in coordination with digital marketing manager
  • Develop and audit

    offline field marketing

    , branding, event campaigns, and BTL activities
  • Build brand visibility for hospital

    empanelments

    : CGHS, ECHS, Ayushman Bharat, etc.
  • Track and optimize

    campaign ROI

    , lead generation, and patient conversion metrics
  • Ensure consistent brand presence on social media, GMB, SEO, and print platforms
  • Supervise

    call center script

    , pitch, and data capture for lead nurturing
  • Liaison with center heads, marketing staff, designers, and digital agencies
  • Innovate

    cost-effective campaigns

    and identify

    new outreach methods

Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in healthcare marketing, branding, or hospital business development
  • Proven expertise in

    offline campaigns

    local area marketing

    , and

    digital strategies

  • Strong understanding of

    hospital panel dynamics

    , lead flow, and patient lifecycle
  • Hands-on with marketing tools, platforms, analytics, and agency/vendor management
  • Excellent team leadership, budgeting, and cross-functional coordination skills
