Visual Content Specialist

Role Description

on-site Creative Visual Content Specialist

You will:

• Be responsible for

  shooting high-quality photographs and videos

  across all our hospital locations — Janakpuri, Dwarka, and Vikaspuri.
• Cover regular

  in-hospital events

  , maternity experiences, newborn milestones, awareness campaigns, doctor profiles, and behind-the-scenes activity.
• Create engaging visual content for

  social media

  , our website, brochures, and internal campaigns.
• Handle

  video editing

  ,

  reel creation

  , and

  graphic designing

  to bring each story alive while aligning with the hospital’s brand voice.

Key Responsibilities

• Travel across centers to

  capture photos and videos

  of patient stories, hospital activities, and events.
• Edit raw footage into professional-quality content (reels, shorts, long-form).
• Design

  banners, posters, social media creatives, and digital assets

  for marketing and patient education.
• Collaborate closely with doctors, marketing, and management teams to plan and deliver creative visual campaigns.
• Organize and manage the hospital’s

  visual content library

  for future use.

Qualifications

• Proven experience

  in photography, videography, and post-production editing.
• Strong command of:

• Cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless)

  and lighting equipment

• Video editing tools

  – Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent

• Graphic design software

  – Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign
• Good understanding of

  visual storytelling

  , color, composition, and branding.
• Experience in

  reel creation and social media content

  (Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.).
• Degree or certification in

  Photography, Design, Media, Visual Communication

  , or related fields is preferred.
• Experience in

  healthcare, lifestyle, or events-based content

  will be a plus.
• Must be

  comfortable traveling

  across all centers in West Delhi on a regular basis.
