Role Description

full-time, on-site Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager

The candidate will be responsible for building brand identity, engaging communities, driving leads, and maintaining an active and optimized digital footprint across platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan and execute

  monthly content calendars

  for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube for each hospital.
• Craft engaging

  captions, hashtags, and call-to-actions

  that reflect our brand tone (warm, professional, trusted).
• Supervise

  photo, video, and graphic content production

  with in-house and freelance teams.
• Create campaigns around maternity, NICU, IVF, pediatric care, surgery, and hospital events.
• Stay updated with

  Reels trends

  ,

  seasonal campaigns

  , and

  platform algorithms

  .

Google & GMB Optimization

• Regularly update and manage

  Google My Business (GMB)

  listings of all branches (posts, reviews, Q&A).
• Monitor reviews and respond promptly with empathy and professionalism.
• Optimize hospital visibility on Google Search and Maps using the latest strategies.

Website & SEO Coordination

• Coordinate website updates (doctors, services, blogs, testimonials).
• Work with developers/designers to maintain SEO health and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement

  basic on-page SEO

  practices (meta tags, headings, alt text).
• Assist in writing/curating

  SEO-friendly blogs

  with a focus on maternity, child health, and wellness.

Performance Monitoring

• Track social media analytics (reach, engagement, CTR).
• Analyze GMB and website traffic using

  Google Analytics/Search Console

  .
• Prepare

  monthly reports

  and propose strategy improvements.

Preferred:

• Manage or supervise

  paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads)

  .
• Plan

  doctor-focused lead campaigns

  , awareness events, and patient milestone highlights.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in

  healthcare social media or digital marketing

  .
• Strong understanding of:
• Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube
• GMB, Google Search, Maps
• Canva, Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio
• SEO fundamentals and Google Analytics
• Excellent

  writing and storytelling skills

  tailored for healthcare audiences.
• Ability to manage

  multiple brands simultaneously

• Team coordination skills – ability to brief designers, photographers, and developers effectively.
• Experience with

  hospital/clinic marketing

  is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in

  Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or equivalent
