You should know coffee inside out from bean to cup and thrive on delivering quality, consistency, and an outstanding guest experience. **Responsibilities:** - Lead daily coffee bar operations and uphold top-tier beverage quality - Prepare espresso-based and specialty drinks with precision and flair - Calibrate espresso machines and grinders for perfect extraction - Train and mentor junior baristas on technique and service - Maintain hygiene, workflow efficiency, and visual presentation standards - Engage with customers, sharing knowledge of coffee origins and flavor notes - Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers - Innovate seasonal beverages and signature menu items **Requirements:** - Minimum 5 years experience in specialty or premium coffee establishments - Expertise in brewing techniques and latte art - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Team player with a professional, friendly approach - Additional coffee certifications (SCA, CQI, etc.) are a strong advantage In addition, as part of the team, you will work with a Japanese-inspired, design-led coffee brand that is redefining Delhis caf culture.
