Key Responsibilities Financial & P&L Management Oversee complete Profit & Loss (P&L) operations: budgeting, cost control, revenue tracking, and monthly reporting. Monitor key metrics (COGS, labor costs, wastage) and implement strategies to maximize profitability. Prepare weekly and monthly financial statements for review with ownership. Inventory & Supply Chain Management Maintain accurate inventory records for food, beverages, and café supplies. Implement efficient ordering, stock rotation, and waste-reduction processes. Negotiate with vendors for best pricing and timely deliveries. Front-of-House & Operations Supervise coffee and juice bar operations ensuring consistency in beverage quality and speed of service.
