We are a modern, design-forward coffee house inspired by Japanese culture where craftsmanship meets comfort. Were looking for a Head Barista who brings expertise, warmth, and leadership to our team. The ideal candidate knows coffee inside out from bean to cup and thrives on delivering quality, consistency, and an outstanding guest experience. Responsibilities: Lead daily coffee bar operations and uphold top-tier beverage quality Prepare espresso-based and specialty drinks with precision and flair Calibrate espresso machines and grinders for perfect extraction Train and mentor junior baristas on technique and service Maintain hygiene, workflow efficiency, and visual presentation standards Engage with customers, sharing knowledge of coffee origins and flavor notes Manage inventory and coordinate with suppliers Innovate seasonal beverages and signature menu items Requirements: Minimum 5 years experience in specialty or premium coffee establishments Expertise in brewing techniques and latte art Excellent communication and leadership skills Team player with a professional, friendly approach Additional coffee certifications (SCA, CQI, etc.) are a strong advantage.
