Head Accountant

• About the Role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Head Accountant to lead our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of accounting experience and a strong grasp of financial principles, compliance, and reporting. You will oversee daily accounting functions, ensure accuracy in financial records, and support the management in financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and balance sheets
• Oversee accounts payable and receivable, payroll, and budgeting
• Conduct regular audits and financial reviews
• Assist with tax planning, filings, and coordination with auditors
• Implement and maintain financial controls and systems
• Lead and mentor junior accounting staff

*Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally)
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
