Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Reservation Staff, where the role is located in Qatar but some work from home is acceptable. The Reservation Staff will be responsible for managing hotel reservations, arranging transportation, assisting with custom tour bookings, and providing excellent customer service. The role involves clear communication with clients, coordinating with various service providers, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for all customers. Additionally, the Reservation Staff will support sales activities and participate in training sessions to stay updated with the latest travel trends and services. Qualifications Reservations and Sales skills Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills Experience in training and staying current with travel trends Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Proficiency in using reservation systems and travel software Knowledge of the tourism industry and local attractions in Qatar is a plus Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related field preferred
