Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Functional Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in OC HCM Approval Workflow OC HCM Fun-Core HR Oracle Cloud HCM Security and Oracle Cloud HCM-Benefits. This role requires expertise in IT Consulting and Analytics. The work model is hybrid with no travel required and the shift is during the day. Responsibilities Lead the implementation and maintenance of OC HCM Approval Workflow to ensure seamless operations. Oversee the configuration and optimization of OC HCM Fun-Core HR to meet business requirements. Provide expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Security to safeguard sensitive information. Manage Oracle Cloud HCM-Benefits to enhance employee satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with IT Consulting teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Utilize analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and improve HR processes. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all HCM-related activities. Conduct regular system audits to identify and resolve any issues promptly. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance user proficiency in HCM systems. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide tailored solutions. Monitor system performance and implement improvements as needed. Support the integration of HCM systems with other enterprise applications. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for HCM-related issues. Qualifications Possess in-depth knowledge of OC HCM Approval Workflow and its applications. Demonstrate expertise in OC HCM Fun-Core HR and its functionalities. Have a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM Security protocols. Show proficiency in managing Oracle Cloud HCM-Benefits. Exhibit experience in IT Consulting and delivering client-focused solutions. Utilize analytics to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Display excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Adapt to a hybrid work model with flexibility and efficiency. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements. Demonstrate the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Provide exceptional customer service and support.
