Job Description

You are a highly skilled Functional Lead with 7 to 11 years of experience, specializing in OC HCM Approval Workflow, OC HCM Fun-Core HR, Oracle Cloud HCM Security, and Oracle Cloud HCM-Benefits. Your role encompasses IT Consulting and Analytics expertise. The work model is hybrid with no travel required, and you will be working during the day. Your responsibilities include leading the implementation and maintenance of OC HCM Approval Workflow, configuring and optimizing OC HCM Fun-Core HR, providing expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM Security, managing Oracle Cloud HCM-Benefits, collaborating with IT Consulting teams, utilizing analytics for data-driven decision-making, ensuring compliance with industry standards, conducting system audits, delivering training programs, gathering requirements from stakeholders, monitoring system performance, supporting system integration, and providing ongoing troubleshooting. To qualify for this role, you must have in-depth knowledge of OC HCM Approval Workflow, expertise in OC HCM Fun-Core HR, a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM Security protocols, proficiency in managing Oracle Cloud HCM-Benefits, experience in IT Consulting, analytics interpretation skills, problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, adaptability to a hybrid work model, up-to-date industry knowledge, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, exceptional customer service skills, and strong organizational and time management abilities. Certifications required for this position include Oracle Cloud HCM Certification, ITIL Certification, and Certified Analytics Professional (CAP).,
