Education: Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering
Experience: Proven experience in hands on hardware design and development, with a strong preference for industrial or automotive experience.
Tools: Proficiency in industry-standard schematic capture and PCB layout tools
Lab Equipment: Hands-on experience with common lab equipment like digital oscilloscopes (DSOs), logic analysers', multimeters, and spectrum analysers.
Problem-Solving: Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information effectively.
Automotive Standards: Familiarity with automotive standards, design for reliability, and functional safety principles is a significant advantage.

General:

Key responsibilities include defining requirements, conducting circuit analysis, ensuring compliance with functional safety and EMC standards, and providing technical/support during homologation, production for automotive applications.

Key Responsibilities

Circuit Analysis: Perform circuit analysis and simulations, develop analysis documents (e.g., WCCA, DFMEA), and ensure power integrity (PI/SI).
Communication Protocols: Utilize expertise in automotive communication protocols like I2C, SPI, LIN, and CAN-FD.
Testing & Validation: Conduct product testing, board bring-up, debugging, and validation to ensure functionality and meet specifications
Documentation: Prepare component selection, bill of materials (BoM), and detailed design documentation.
Production Support: Provide technical support to manufacturing and troubleshooting hardware issues during the production phase.
Collaboration: Work effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g., software, mechanical, manufacturing, External Consultant on a need basis) to achieve Golden Sample, EOL Testing and deployment.
