Position Title: Hardware Engineer
Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and maintenance support for ICSI’s IT infrastructure.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in hardware, networking, and OS.
• Manage IT inventory and assist in preventive maintenance cycles.
• Maintain fault logs, service reports, and asset tracking records.
• Ensure uptime and efficient performance of systems and peripherals.
• Support configuration and installation of software as per ICSI’s guidelines.
• Coordinate with vendor technical teams for escalations and spare replacements.
• Participate in IT audits, compliance, and documentation activities.

Qualifications & Skills

• Education: Graduate with any stream with a one-year IT course/diploma (preferably in Computer Hardware, Networking, or IT Support).
• Experience: Minimum 1–2 years in desktop/laptop/network maintenance or AMC support.

Skills:

• Expertise in Windows OS installation and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of LAN, IP addressing, and network crimping (RJ-45, CAT6).
• Familiarity with printers, UPS systems, and antivirus updates.
• Strong communication and customer handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
